- 2 cups cake flour

- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix Sugar and Butter: In a large bowl, mix sugar and melted butter for about 1 minute until light and airy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well after each.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
