- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest (2–3 lemons)
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and grease parchment paper lightly.
- Make Batter: Whisk flour and salt. Cream butter and sugar (3-4 minutes). Add eggs one at a time. Mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla. Fold in flour mixture.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add zest. Pour over cooled brownies. Let set 30 minutes.
