- 4–6 garlic cloves, minced ((Depending on level of garlic flavor desired))
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, homemade or store-bought
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour

Instructions
- TO MAKE THE SAUCE: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter until melted. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the flour, salt, and Italian seasoning, whisking until combined. Slowly add in the stock, whisking until smooth and no lumps are present. Add the heavy cream and grated parmesan and continue to whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. NOTE: Be sure to add more stock if you’d prefer a thinner consistency—–about 1/4 cup more at a time.
- Remove from heat.
