Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces

  • 3-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the hot skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

  • Lower the heat and stir in the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir to coat all the chicken pieces.
