Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 red dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and cubed
  • 1 white dragon fruit, peeled and cubed
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel both varieties of dragon fruit. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi into semi-circles or chunks.
  3. Arrange the fruits in a large bowl: red dragon fruit on one side, white on the other, and kiwi slices in the center.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle chia seeds or coconut for added texture and flavor.
  5. Serve chilled for maximum freshness and visual impact.

Notes

  • Use chilled fruit for a more refreshing experience.
