Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Gradually mix in the buttermilk, followed by the hot water, stirring until the batter is smooth.
