Description
Golden, crispy potato slices, perfectly roasted with a hint of garlic, herbs, and a sprinkle of sea salt—simple, savory, and irresistible.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the potato slices evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping for maximum crispiness.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure the potatoes are spaced out evenly on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- If you like spicy flavors, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes before roasting.
- These potatoes are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
