Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 200°C (400°F). -
Prep Potatoes:
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. -
Season:
In a large bowl, combine the oil and spice mix. Add potato wedges and toss to coat evenly. -
Bake:
Spread wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 15-minute mark, until golden and crispy. -
Serve:
Enjoy hot, optionally with your favorite dipping sauce like garlic aioli, ketchup, or vegan ranch.
