Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss well to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer: Heat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the proper cooking temperature.
- Cook the chicken: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Assemble the wraps: Remove the cooked chicken strips from the air fryer. On each whole wheat tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, and finally add the cooked chicken strips.
- Roll the wraps: Roll each tortilla tightly around the fillings to enclose them. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help crisp the tortilla during the final cooking.
- Air fry the wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2 to 3 minutes or until the tortillas turn crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Carefully remove the crispy wraps from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping, if desired.
