This luscious mango mousse is light, airy, and packed with tropical flavor. Made from ripe mangoes and whipped cream, it’s a refreshing summer dessert topped with juicy mango cubes and a sprig of mint for an elegant finish.

- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra mango cubes and mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend mango cubes into a smooth puree. Set aside 2 tablespoons of puree for garnish.
- In a large bowl, combine the rest of the mango puree with sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until well combined and fluffy.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with reserved mango cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for best flavor and texture.
- You can substitute condensed milk with sugar to taste if desired.
- For a firmer mousse, add 1 tsp gelatin dissolved in warm water before folding in the whipped cream.
