Description

These Creamy Hot Honey Chicken Folded Wraps combine crispy chicken tenders with a spicy-sweet hot honey drizzle and a creamy sauce, all wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla for a deliciously satisfying meal.

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 cooked crispy chicken tenders
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Creamy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hot honey (or mix honey with hot sauce)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. If using an air fryer, preheat to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Creamy Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the creamy sauce.
  3. Heat Oil or Butter: Add olive oil or butter to the preheated skillet and let it warm up.
  4. Cut Tortillas: Cut a slit from the center of each tortilla outward to the edge. Visualize the tortilla in four quadrants.
  5. Assemble Wraps: Spread creamy sauce in the first quarter, add lettuce and onion in the second, place chicken tenders in the third, and sprinkle cheese in the fourth.
  6. Add Hot Honey and Fold: Drizzle hot honey over the chicken, then fold each quadrant over the next to form a triangle.
  7. Toast Wraps: Toast each folded wrap in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. For air fryer, cook 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve: Drizzle with additional hot honey and let rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
