- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- Olive oil for cooking
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out tortillas and evenly divide the filling among them. Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
- Roll Wraps: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Cook Wraps: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
