- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped spinach broccoli florets, or sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté Cauliflower Rice: Sauté cauliflower rice in olive oil 5–7 minutes until tender and moisture evaporates.
- Mix Ingredients: Mix chicken, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, half the cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Add Vegetables: Add cooked veggies if using.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Spread into greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
