- 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 1 lb beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides (about 5–6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the seared beef and cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

- Substitute chicken tortellini or mushroom tortellini for a twist.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
