Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix to combine.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Acclimate: Sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh chives.
