Description

Fresh orange halves hollowed and filled with creamy yogurt, juicy citrus segments, and vibrant berries, garnished with mint for a refreshing and elegant dessert or breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium oranges
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments (from the scooped fruit or canned)
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice each orange in half and carefully scoop out the flesh using a spoon, keeping the peel intact to use as a cup. Set the empty orange halves aside.
  2. Remove any seeds from the scooped orange segments and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Drain excess juice.
  3. In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Fill each orange half with 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt.
  5. Top with chopped orange segments, blueberries, raspberries, and a mint leaf.
  6. Arrange on a serving tray and chill for 10 minutes before serving for a refreshing, cool bite.
