- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Slice each orange in half and carefully scoop out the flesh using a spoon, keeping the peel intact to use as a cup. Set the empty orange halves aside.
- Remove any seeds from the scooped orange segments and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Drain excess juice.
- In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
- Fill each orange half with 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt.
- Top with chopped orange segments, blueberries, raspberries, and a mint leaf.
- Arrange on a serving tray and chill for 10 minutes before serving for a refreshing, cool bite.
