- 2 cups cauliflower florets

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Pinch of salt
- 4 large wraps or tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the chickpeas and cauliflower.
- Season Chickpeas and Cauliflower In a large bowl, toss the drained chickpeas and cauliflower florets with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

- Warm Tortillas Slightly warm the wraps or tortillas to make them pliable and enhance flavor.
