Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of French or Italian bread
  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush generously inside the hollowed bread.
  4. In a bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Fill the bread boats with the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and bread is golden.
