- 1 large loaf of French or Italian bread
- 8 oz cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush generously inside the hollowed bread.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Fill the bread boats with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and bread is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Slice and serve warm.
