- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from heat.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, cooked beef, and pickles.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place rolls cut side up on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
