- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (12 pieces) of dinner roll dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each piece of dough into a 3-inch round. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheddar in the center.
- Gather the edges of the dough and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Brush the tops of the buns with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over each bun and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.

- Let the beef filling cool slightly before stuffing to avoid soggy dough.
- Try adding diced pickles or ketchup inside for more burger flavor.
