Colorful and nutrient-packed snack bites made with dried berries, pistachios, seeds, and natural sweeteners—perfect for a burst of energy any time of day.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup dried mixed berries (cranberries, blueberries, cherries)
  • 3/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds or cashews, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add dried berries to a food processor and pulse until broken down and sticky.
  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and stir in pistachios, chopped nuts, chia seeds, sesame seeds, vanilla, salt, and sweetener.
  3. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms. If too dry, add a teaspoon of warm water at a time.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into firm balls using your hands.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Can be frozen for longer storage—just thaw a few minutes before eating.
  • Substitute other nuts or dried fruits to your preference.
