Creamy, gooey baked Brie infused with sweet honey, roasted garlic, and aromatic rosemary—this warm, indulgent appetizer is a simple yet elegant showpiece for any holiday table or cozy night in with wine and crusty bread.

- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
- Sea salt flakes to finish
- Crackers, crostini, or baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
- Unwrap the Brie and place it on the prepared baking surface. Score the top of the rind in a crisscross pattern.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the cheese. Tuck in garlic slices and rosemary leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until soft and gooey in the center.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
- Brie can also be wrapped in puff pastry before baking for extra indulgence.
- Try adding chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans on top.
- Best served warm straight from the oven.
