Instructions

Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. -
Fry the Eggs:
In the same skillet, fry eggs to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over-easy, etc.). -
Toast the Bread:
Toast slices of artisan bread until golden and crispy. -
Mash the Avocado:
In a bowl, mash avocados with salt and pepper to taste. -
