Instructions
- Combine fresh ingredients: In a medium bowl, add the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped white onion, seeded and finely minced jalapeño pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix them gently to combine all the fresh components evenly.
- Season the salsa: Stir in the 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, then season the mixture lightly with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste according to your preference.
- Serve or store: Enjoy the Pico de Gallo immediately for maximum freshness, or cover the bowl and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld beautifully before serving.

- For less heat, fully remove the jalapeño seeds before mincing.
