  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp blueberry jam (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pastry: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 6 rectangles.
  2. Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons into the center of each rectangle.
