- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp blueberry jam (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pastry: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons into the center of each rectangle.
- Add Blueberries: Top cream filling with fresh blueberries. Add a tiny spoon of blueberry jam for extra sweetness (optional).
