Description

These warm, gooey brie-stuffed dates are crowned with crunchy almonds and a drizzle of golden honey — an irresistible sweet-and-savory bite perfect for elegant entertaining or effortless snacking.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 small cubes
  • 12 whole roasted almonds
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Stuff each date with a cube of brie, pressing gently to close the sides around the cheese.
  4. Place stuffed dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Top each with a whole almond and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until brie is just melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle lightly with honey while warm.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use blue cheese or goat cheese for a different flavor profile.
  • Substitute walnuts or pecans for almonds if preferred.
  • Great served with sparkling wine or champagne.
